Michelle Goodloe joins us to share her journey from burning out to being on a mission to help busy, caring, exhausted people take care of themselves in a way that doesn’t have to be complicated or time consuming.
We discuss boundaries, perfectionism, mantras and being open with others about our struggles. Michelle teaches us how we can become aware of our needs, what self care can look like and how to show up as your favorite version of yourself.
